Karle Town Centre office has been inspired by modern work styles which champion freedom, transparency and innovation. The office space emulates the free-spirited vibe of a lounge. The design pursues the blending of industrial objectivity of the corporate system and the warm wilderness of nature, attempting to echo the millennial way of doing business. Surely, we had Tech playing its core role too. Highlights of the office are the Concrete finish wall & seamless pop up furniture, the Café featuring Biophyllic design and the AV Room that’s meticulously planned to be the Room for Applause. Design Features :

• Concrete finish walls and pop up furniture seamlessly come together and are enhanced with a wooden finish accent wall that renders a charming formality to the space.
• The Cafeteria featuring Biophyllic design with Green creepers clinging on through the metal boxes, meets the brief of reducing stress by adding Nature & the access to your Fav Cuppa frees up your mind.
• Live edge, raw timber table tops which enable various Tech features add to the slick intentions of contemporary workspace design and celebrates the ‘less is more’ philosophy of the current business ecosystem.
• Every top tier office has to make presentations that make an impact with its target audience. This meticulously planned AV room in the Town Centre’s office has acoustically planned interiors and all the tech for an audience of 40 to 60, seated in a theatre format.
